good morning everyone welcome back to my
channel and if you're new welcome to my
channel I hope everyone is having a
wonderful start to your guys week
I love Mondays it's a great time to
start a fresh clean slate from the week
before I can't believe the first is
right around the corner and again I have
been talking about all the new things in
store for my upcoming new year starting
with my weight loss journey I am so
excited to bring you guys all along I
know there are a lot of people that are
not holding their breath for success but
for me there is always another chance
and I pray that I am in a place with my
healing with my eating disorder that I
have gained the right tools to help me
in times that I am struggling and
looking for comfort and not turn to the
one thing that I have always believed
would help me but in real life it's
actually killing me I am ready to take
my life back I am ready to finally live
life to its fullest I have been a prison
in this body for far too long and I
can't continue to live this way I have
so much to live for and so many things I
want to do my bucket list is enormous I
have always wanted to rock climb hike go
in hot-air balloons and make these
amazing memories with all of my babies
and my husband it is not too late to do
these things but if I continue to live
like I am I will not be able to walk and
I possibly could not be alive my
children did not ask to have a mother
from the sidelines but actually a mother
active in their life that can run play
and keep up with their crazy selves I am
so ready to begin with this video I did
what I eat in a day real look with that
I recorded or took pictures of the
things I ate yesterday along with the
calories and grand total for the day
starting Wednesday will be the kickoff
for the new year and my new life I am
being reborn and will do wreaths I will
redo things so different and you all get
to be a part of it I will be using my
Fitness Pal so I will have that
information in the links starting
Wednesday and you can follow along with
what I am doing eating and activity wise
I will be doing 1,800 calories to start
with and low carbs zero soda and zero
juice
I can do water in sparkling water with
zero sodium but that is it I will be
logging everything into the fitness
pallet and every Wednesday I will do a
weigh-in on camera for you guys to
follow along yes my challenge rules have
changed a few times but it's also
because I have had many people reach out
to me with concerns and suggestions and
after looking through things I've seen a
few things that kind of was a concern
for me so I did make some changes that
are followed for every pound loss I will
take that money and put it into a jar as
the three months comes to an end I will
take that money and use it on things to
help with my journey like shoes workout
stuff etc I will share those things with
you as I purchase them and let you see
what I have won I will as well be doing
a giveaway of a $25 Amazon gift card to
one lucky winner at the end of the three
months and that will carry out for over
the year hope you guys are having a

breakfast I decided to have three dinner
rolls from Costco and some tea the
dinner rolls are 120 calories each tea
is 95 calories
or I decided to have a snack of M
peanut butter sharing size they are 240
calories times 2 serving here we have
Kraft macaroni and cheese I ate the
entire box at 360 times 3 servings
okay so my talk about cravings got the
best of me last night and so I got the
Taco Bell Mexican pizza the calories on
that was 540 I also got a nacho supreme
which was 479 calories and the beef
chalupa was 370 calories

and last but not least I wanted to get a
win DS jr. frosty so for 16 ounces it's
200 calories total
